Job Responsibilities Lead daily store operations during assigned shifts Prepare drinks according to standardized recipes and ensure consistent product quality Train and support team members on drink preparation, service standards, and store procedures Monitor ingredient preparation, refills, and inventory usage during shifts Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and store area Assist with front-of-house operations and customer service during peak hours Ensure all food safety, sanitation, and company standards are followed Help manage shift workflow, team assignments, and communication with management Report operational issues, customer feedback, or supply needs to store management Job Requirements Responsible, positive, and willing to take ownership Previous food service, bubble tea, café, or restaurant experience preferred Leadership or shift lead experience is a plus Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure during peak hours Good communication skills and team coordination ability Detail-oriented and able to follow standardized procedures Able to lift 10-25 lbs of ingredients or supplies Flexible availability, including weekends and peak hours We Offer Comprehensive training Clear career growth path Friendly and supportive team environment Staff drink/meal benefits Health Insurance for full-time employees 401(k) for full-time employees
