The Director, Ops Services will guide New Restaurant Openings, Training Rollouts, Learning & Development, and oversee our Infinite Kitchen experience. This role operates in a fast-paced environment and requires considerable training and operations experience. What You'll Do Guide cross-functional and operations readiness for New Restaurant Openings and Remodels to ensure great guest and team member experiences; enable use of new technology and processes to drive stronger openings and team member engagement Plan and lead training cascade for new restaurant initiatives Ensure service standards and operational enhancements are successfully trained and executed in our restaurants Gather feedback from restaurant teams, field leaders, guests, and support center to enhance training and execution Partner with the People Team to evaluate and optimize training programs, materials, facilitation guides, and communication strategies Plan Infinite Kitchen technology roadmap and enable operational and financial excellence at Infinite Kitchen locations by supporting day-to-day Infinite Kitchen operations What You'll Bring Bachelor's in Business, Hospitality, Operations, Culinary Management, or related field. 10+ years of experience in restaurant training and/or operations Fast-casual or high-growth food & beverage experience is preferred.
