Ensure all service steps related to the guest experience are executed and maintained to the highest standards. Greet and engage with guests, resolving complaints or issues promptly and professionally. Support private dinners and events, including training and overseeing staff. Collaborate with the management team to evaluate and improve systems related to service flow, table turns, and guest satisfaction. Monitor dining room and bar cleanliness, organization, and setup before and during shifts. Ensure health inspection readiness at all times (chemical levels, sani buckets, labeling, hand sinks, etc.) Team Leadership & Operations Supervise and support FOH staff during shifts, providing coaching and feedback in real time. Lead pre-shift meetings to review service notes, menu changes, and staff assignments. Assist with scheduling, staff coverage, and managing labor in line with business needs. Work 5 scheduled shifts per week with a mix of opening and closing shifts. Maintain working knowledge of operational systems, including cash handling, end-of-day reporting, tip logs, and menu printing. Partner with the GM and management team on performance reviews, corrective action, and recognition for FOH team members.
