And, of course, challenge the team to stretch themselves and develop them to be successful.

Shift Leaders:

Manage the restaurant operations in conjunction with, or in the absence of, the Restaurant Manager, while working an actual shift (need to be able to do both cashier and kitchen tasks) Find, train, develop and recognize the best people Take Inventory, take charge of weekly schedules, and be able to do purchase order and store away delivery. Manage daily activities to ensure guests receive excellent customer service Serve as a strong role model for other employees Demonstrate a strong awareness and concern for food quality and safety

Requirements:

A high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred 1+ years experience as a Leader At least 18 years of age The ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs. Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends•
