In this dynamic role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and uphold the highest standards of food quality, safety, and hospitality. Responsibilities Supervise daily cafe operations, ensuring smooth service during all shifts while maintaining a lively and welcoming atmosphere Lead staff training and development initiatives to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction Manage food preparation processes, ensuring quality standards are met consistently across all menu items Oversee inventory control, including stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling and transaction processing Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures at all times Coordinate shift schedules, monitor team performance, and provide feedback to foster a motivated work environment Requirements Proven supervising or management experience within a quick service or fast food restaurant setting Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management with culinary experience preferred Familiarity with POS systems including
TOAST POS
for efficient transaction processing Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence Experience in inventory control, food safety standards, and food production management Ability to lead, train, and develop team members effectively in a fast-paced environment Previous restaurant management or assistant manager experience is highly desirable Knowledge of catering, banquet service, or casual dining environments is a plus Join us as a Cafe Supervisor where your leadership fuels an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding food service.
