Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead our hospitality team and elevate the guest experience. In this role, you will oversee daily operations within our food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service, food quality, and safety standards. Your leadership will inspire staff, manage resources efficiently, and uphold the highest levels of customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your management skills in a fast-paced, lively environment dedicated to culinary excellence and memorable guest experiences. Duties Supervise daily food and beverage service operations across casual dining, fine dining, catering, bar, and quick service outlets Lead staff training initiatives to ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards Manage shift schedules, monitor performance, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service Oversee inventory control processes including ordering, stock rotation, and waste reduction to optimize food management Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; perform cash handling duties with integrity Ensure proper food preparation techniques are followed by staff for all menu items including cooking, food handling, and presentation Conduct interviews and participate in hiring decisions to build a skilled, motivated team aligned with our hospitality standards Requirements Proven supervising or management experience within the food industry, particularly in restaurant or hospitality settings Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management practices Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; proficient in cash handling and transaction processing Familiarity with inventory control methods and food safety regulations Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction in casual dining or fine dining environments Ability to lead teams effectively through training & development initiatives; experience in staff coaching is preferred Prior experience managing shifts in fast-paced restaurant or hotel settings; supervisory experience is essential Knowledge of catering, banquet operations, bar services, and culinary production is highly desirable Join us as a Food and Beverage Supervisor where your leadership will shape memorable dining experiences!
