$100,000 - $115,000 per year Job Details - We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Permanent Director of Food & Beverage to join our team! This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to lead and manage all aspects of our food and beverage operations. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of enhancing customer satisfaction, driving sales, and improving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the food and beverage team to deliver high-quality service and products to our customers. Develop and implement innovative strategies to improve the overall efficiency and profitability of the food and beverage operations. Oversee the planning and management of menus, ensuring they meet customer expectations and align with market trends. Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and marketing to maximize profits and ensure complete customer satisfaction. Work closely with the chefs and other team members to create a unique and exciting dining experience for our customers. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors. Monitor and manage inventory levels to reduce wastage and optimize cost-efficiency. Provide guidance and feedback to staff and conduct performance evaluations. Handle customer complaints and queries promptly and in a professional manner.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a food and beverage management role. Proven track record of managing a high-performing team. Strong knowledge of food and beverage trends and best practices. Exceptional leadership and decision-making skills. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle complaints and queries effectively. Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Proficient in using food and beverage management software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel/Hospitality Management, or related field is preferred. Certifications in food safety training and alcohol service are a plus.
