Job Description

The Distribution Supervisor is responsible for leading daily warehouse operations and supporting the Distribution Center Manager in achieving productivity, quality, safety, and service objectives. This role oversees receiving, order fulfillment, packing, shipping, inventory movement, and employee performance within a fast-paced distribution environment.
What You'll Do:
Lead and supervise daily inbound and outbound distribution operations. Manage staffing and labor allocation to support changing business demands. Monitor productivity, quality, safety, attendance, and accuracy metrics. Investigate operational issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. Coach, train, and develop team members to drive performance and engagement. Support onboarding, cross-training, certification programs, and employee development initiatives. Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures. Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure production goals and customer commitments are met. Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and operational efficiencies. Support continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S and Lean practices.
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume distribution, warehouse, or fulfillment center environment. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), RF technology, and inventory management processes. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; Dynamics 365 experience is a plus. Forklift experience or certification preferred.
Pay Range:
$60,000-$70,000 annually plus bonus based on experience 5.11 offers a best-in-class benefits program including: medical, dental and vision insurance; a 401(k) program with employer match; employer-paid basic life and AD&D insurance.
