Look no further, Shabuya Shabu Shabu is now hiring for a Shift Lead! Shift Leads are leaders in our business and support the Assistant General Manager and General Manager to accomplish store goals. Shift Leads are a part of the first group we look to when looking for an internal promotion to an Assistant General Manager (AGM) role. For those that have been in their restaurant roles for a while and are looking for an entry point into the management world, here's the opportunity you've been waiting for.
Some essential job duties include:
- Train newly hired employees to ensure they are performing to company standards.
- Provide constructive feedback to trainees and managers on strengths and areas of opportunity for newly hired employees.
- Provide hands on support to non-management employees in times of need.
- Works in your core function (server, busser, host, line, etc) when not training someone new.
