• Key Responsibilities
• + Lead patient dining programs aligned with clinical needs + Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team + Ensure compliance with diet orders and patient preferences + Drive patient satisfaction and service excellence + Maintain regulatory compliance (HIPAA, federal/state standards) + Support QA/PI initiatives and department programs
• Qualifications
• + Associate degree + 1 year experience, or Bachelor's in related field + CDM, DTR, or RD preferred + 1+ year food service management experience (acute care preferred) + ServSafe® a plus + Proficient in Microsoft Office and EMR systems
