We are currently seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor; someone who is passionate about creating memorable experiences through thoughtful service and exquisite cuisine. The Food & Beverage Supervisor partners with leadership to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, guide colleagues, and maintain service standards. The role is responsible for supporting team performance, ensuring operational efficiency, and creating memorable guest experiences. The hourly range that we reasonably expect to pay for this position is $25.00•$32.50 per hour.

Responsibilities included, but not limited to: Supervise daily food and beverage operations, ensuring service standards are consistently met. Lead, coach, and support colleagues to deliver exceptional guest service. Assist with scheduling, shift, coverage, and floor supervision. Monitor service flow and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally. Ensurepliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards. Support training and onboarding of new colleagues. Collaborate with culinary and leadership teams to maintain quality and consistency. Qualifications Previous experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a luxury or upscale environment. Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Strongmunication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead by example and remainposed in a fast-paced environment. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours per shift). Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
