In this role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure high standards of food quality and customer service, and foster a positive work environment. Your leadership will drive efficiency, uphold food safety standards, and motivate staff to achieve their best. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your management skills within a fast-paced, hospitality-focused setting. Responsibilities Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow during all shifts Lead and motivate staff through effective training, coaching, and development initiatives Oversee food preparation and presentation to maintain quality standards and consistency Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize food costs Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling and transaction processing Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Assist with shift management, scheduling staff, and coordinating coverage during busy periods Monitor customer service levels, address guest concerns promptly, and enhance overall guest satisfaction Support kitchen management tasks including food production oversight and catering coordination Conduct staff interviews, participate in hiring decisions, and contribute to team-building efforts Skills Proven supervising experience within quick service or fast food restaurants, with a focus on hospitality management Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transactions Excellent team management skills with the ability to train and develop staff effectively Familiarity with inventory control practices and budgeting within a restaurant setting Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Ability to handle cash accurately and perform cash handling duties confidently Previous experience in fine dining or casual dining environments is highly desirable Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement Knowledge of kitchen management, food production processes, and catering operations Join us as a Restaurant Supervisor where your energy fuels our success!
