In this role, you will manage daily operations, guide staff, handle guest interactions, and maintain top standards in food safety, hospitality, and service quality. Your leadership will help improve team performance, optimize service flow, and create a welcoming atmosphere that drives repeat business and positive feedback. Qualifications 4-5 years of restaurant management experience required Experience in high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environments Strong leadership and decision-making skills Experience managing labor, scheduling, and team performance Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills Ability to operate independently and take full ownership of FOH operations Responsibilities Lead and inspire the front-of-house team to provide excellent customer service while upholding professionalism and hospitality standards. Manage shifts effectively, ensuring smooth operations during peak times, including seating coordination, order accuracy, and timely service. Oversee staff training and development to strengthen skills in food handling, POS systems (such as Aloha POS and Micros POS), and guest interaction. Handle cash management duties, including register balancing and end-of-shift reporting. Monitor front-of-house inventory levels, ensuring adequate supplies while reducing waste. Enforce food safety and sanitation guidelines in line with health regulations to maintain a safe environment. Work closely with kitchen leadership to ensure consistency in food quality, preparation, and timing for seamless service. Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, turning issues into positive service experiences. Support hiring efforts, onboarding, and continuous training to build a strong and capable team. Assist with budgeting by tracking sales, managing labor costs, and identifying ways to improve operations. Skills Demonstrated experience in food service management, particularly in quick service or fast food; casual or fine dining experience is a plus. Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing teams and shifts successfully. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to respond to a wide range of guest needs. Familiarity with POS systems along with solid cash handling skills. Knowledge of food preparation, safety standards, and proper handling procedures. Experience in inventory management, food production oversight, and budgeting within the food industry. Ability to train and develop staff in both operational and hospitality-related skills. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities to address challenges efficiently. Experience with restaurant management tools for scheduling, sales tracking, and reporting.
