27 May 2026 Salary Details Competetive Salary Offered Job Description Description The Seabird Resort is in search of a Rockstar Supervisor to support our Piper Restaurant and our Shelter Club Restaurant. Piper restaurant, located at The Seabird Resort in sunny Oceanside, CA. Guest enjoy fresh, handmade pastas and garden-to-table delicacies in a bright, convivial, California-coastal setting just off the beach. Restaurant is open in the morning for breakfast and freshly pressed juice. By night, Piper transforms into a warmly intimate space with an open kitchen, full bar and wraparound outdoor patio. Casual fare, craft beer, and cocktails! Savor refreshing drinks and sandwiches, salads, and more at our timeless and sophisticated pool bar and restaurant, The Shelter Club. Located right behind the outdoor third-floor pool, guest can order a burger, fresh fries, and a cocktail all without leaving their pool chair. Guest can take a dip in the sparkling pool and enjoy the beautiful ocean views from the expansive pool deck as guest unwind, dine, and relax with a cool beverage in hand. This person will flex between both outlets as needed for business operations. Supervisors possess strong leadership, communication and relationship skills. They are expected to support senior leadership by developing and assuming basic leadership responsibilities. This role leads other colleagues by coaching, giving direction and may include training, scheduling, payroll and interviewing. F&B Supervisors must demonstrate fundamental food and beverage knowledge and serve as the liaison between culinary and restaurant operations. This position plays a significant role in the overall outlet performance, which includes product quality and service standards. This list is not all-encompassing and that daily work tasks may and can be altered to meet business needs. The hourly rate for this position is $23.00/hr

  • 2+ years of experience in food service preferred
  • 1+ years of experience supervising others preferred
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
  • Refined verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to provide full availability each week including weekends, holidays and overnights.
  • Commitment to follow food safety protocols
  • Qualified to serve and pour alcoholic beverages
  • Ability to think on feet and emotionally regulate self
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
