We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Restaurant Shift Leader to oversee daily restaurant activities, motivate team members, and ensure top-notch service during each shift. Duties Lead daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth service flow and high standards of quality. Supervise and motivate team members, providing coaching, training, and support to foster a positive work environment. Oversee food preparation and presentation to guarantee consistency, safety, and adherence to company standards. Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling, order processing, and sales tracking. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across all areas of the restaurant. Assist in interviewing, onboarding, and training new staff members to build a skilled and motivated team. Requirements Proven experience in food service management or supervisory roles within quick service or fast food restaurants. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking processes, and kitchen management. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transaction handling. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues promptly and professionally. Demonstrated leadership in supervising staff, managing shifts, and developing team members through training & development initiatives. Experience with inventory control, food safety protocols, budgeting, and food handling procedures.
