- Manage and lead a team of associates, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance and a positive work environment.
- Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor food preparation and presentation to maintain quality and consistency in accordance with our menu standards.
- Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed, including proper food handling, equipment maintenance, and cleanliness.
- Collaborate with the management team to schedule shifts, manage labor costs, and optimize staffing levels to meet business needs.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally and effectively.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies, conducting inventory counts, and reporting any shortages.
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure that food items meet company standards and customer expectations.
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service, promoting teamwork, and upholding company values.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in the food service industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage shifts and team activities.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues in a positive and efficient manner.
- Proficient in operating kitchen equipment, including grills, fryers, and food processors.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members, customers, and management.
- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and effectively delegate tasks.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, inventory tracking, and reporting.
- Flexible and adaptable with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
