Do you have experience in Full service Restaurant Management? Do you have a proven track record of successful restaurant operations, delivering quality product in a safe working environment, providing exceptional customer service, and training & development? Our restaurant managers promote growth, conduct training, exhibit and coach outstanding customer service, demonstrate a high sense of urgency, maintain a clean and safe facility, and always do what is right for our customers and employees. Qualifications:
High School Diploma; college degree a plus Knowledge of food, beverage, and labor cost controls Basic computer skills Ability to be on your feet for at least 8 hours per day Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize with efficiency Have a friendly and outgoing personality and a professional appearance Sincerity, honesty, and candidness with team members and guests Initiative, drive, and self-starting work ethic Ability to lead, motivate, and build efficient teams Love for the restaurant business Knowledge of seafood a plus Please submit your resume to us so that you may be considered.
