Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Food Service Team Leader and take charge of delivering exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced, energetic environment. This role is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive on leadership, food service excellence, and team development. As a key player in our hospitality operation, you will oversee daily food service activities, ensure high standards of quality and safety, and inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction. Your passion for culinary arts and management will drive success across all aspects of our food operations. Duties Lead and supervise the food service team to ensure efficient operations during all shifts, including casual dining, quick service, and catering events Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet quality standards and customer expectations Manage inventory control, including stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste using systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS Handle cash transactions accurately through POS systems and perform cash handling duties with integrity Train staff on food safety protocols, proper food handling techniques, and customer service excellence Coordinate shift management by assigning roles, monitoring performance, and ensuring smooth workflow Support kitchen management tasks such as food production planning, maintaining cleanliness standards, and ensuring compliance with health regulations Qualifications Proven experience in food service management within quick service or casual dining environments; fine dining or hotel experience is a plus Strong supervisory skills with previous supervising or team management experience Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking Expertise in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations Familiarity with inventory control, budgeting, and food safety standards Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally Ability to train staff effectively and support their development through coaching and mentoring Experience in shift management, restaurant operations, and hospitality management is highly desirable Demonstrated leadership qualities with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team motivation Join us as a Food Service Team Leader where your leadership will inspire excellence in every meal served!
