Certified Dietary Manager Job Location:
Porterville, California Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Dietary Manager to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for managing the dietary operations of our facility, ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our residents. Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the dietary operations of our facility, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies Supervise and train dietary staff, including cooks, servers, and housekeeping personnel Develop and implement menus and meal plans that meet the dietary needs of our residents Conduct food safety inspections and maintain a clean and safe environment in the kitchen and dining areas Monitor inventory and manage food supplies, ensuring that we are providing the highest quality of food and service to our residents Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service and care Partner with our healthcare team to develop and implement resident care plans that incorporate nutritional needs and preferences
Requirements:
Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification 1 years of experience in dietary management or a related field Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
