Pacific Beach & Del Mar REVEL is looking for an energetic and highly dependable Studio Lead to help shape the daily experience inside our studios. This is not just a front desk position. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality, fitness, sales, community, and creating an incredible experience for the people who walk through our doors every day. The right person for this role is outgoing, proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. You'll help create the energy and atmosphere members experience each evening while supporting operations, membership growth, client experience, and community engagement. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating connections, and being part of a growing boutique fitness brand. What You'll Do

• Help create a welcoming, high-energy studio environment each shift
• Build relationships with members and create a best-in-class client experience
• Assist with memberships, bookings, retail purchases, and smoothie bar orders
• Support sales, lead follow-up, and local community outreach initiatives
• Help maintain studio cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation
• Assist with marketing initiatives, social media, partnerships, and in-studio events
• Help strengthen the REVEL community through hospitality, consistency, and energy
• Work closely with leadership to support studio growth and member retention What We're Looking For
• Friendly, confident, and professional communication skills
• Strong hospitality and customer service mindset
• Comfortable with sales conversations and relationship building
• Positive, team-oriented, and solution-focused attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Someone who naturally creates energy and makes people feel welcome
• Fitness, hospitality, retail, restaurant, or boutique experience is a plus, but not required
• Someone who takes initiative, ownership, and pride in their work Schedule
• Afternoon and evening availability required
• Typical shifts begin between 3:00-4:00 p.m.
• Approximately 20-25+ hours per week with opportunity for growth
