This role combines food preparation, customer service, and team leadership to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the food industry, with skills in food handling, cash management, and effective communication. Duties Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards. Operate POSNET systems for order processing and payment handling. Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations. Train and supervise crew members to maintain high standards of service and efficiency. Assist in managing inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, including upselling menu items. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining accountability. Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including bussing tables and kitchen sanitation. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Skills Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation techniques. Proficiency in POSNET systems is optional. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment. Proven sales skills with an ability to upsell menu items to enhance customer experience. Background in food service or quick-service/fast-food restaurant operations. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest interactions. Ability to handle cash accurately with basic math proficiency for retail transactions. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations within the restaurant industry. Experience in kitchen operations, including food handling and sanitation protocols.
