Experience Required Proven experience in restaurant management or food service management roles with supervising responsibilities. Familiarity/experience in the golf industry. Strong background in inventory control, budgeting, and cost management within the food industry. Experience working in various settings including casual dining, catering or banquet environments is preferred. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to train & develop staff effectively while fostering teamwork. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence. Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations; certification in food handling is highly desirable. Essential Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily food and beverage operations across casual dining, catering, bar, and quick service outlets. Oversee staff training, development, and performance management to foster a motivated and professional team. Manage inventory control, including ordering, stock rotation, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout all food handling areas. Handle cash management duties including POS (Point of Sale) system operations Coordinate shift management by scheduling staff efficiently to meet customer demand during peak hours. Collaborate with kitchen staff on food preparation, culinary standards, and quality control to deliver exceptional dishes consistently. Implement customer service protocols to ensure guests receive friendly, attentive service that exceeds expectations. Monitor budget adherence while maintaining high-quality food production and service standards. Conduct staff interviews, onboarding, training sessions on food safety practices, menu knowledge, and operational procedures.
