This role combines the energy of front-of-house service with the responsibility of supervising and supporting our talented team. You will oversee daily operations, ensure top-tier customer service, and uphold food safety and sanitation standards, all while fostering a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. Duties Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery during shifts Lead by example in providing outstanding guest service, addressing guest needs promptly and professionally Manage POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable to facilitate efficient ordering and billing processes Oversee food handling, sanitation, and food safety protocols to maintain compliance with health regulations Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, hosting duties, and supporting kitchen staff as needed Drive sales through upselling techniques and promote specials to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures Support staff training on POS systems, food industry standards, and customer service excellence Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, ensuring adherence to sanitation standards Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on fine dining or nightlife settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable; experience with Food industry software is a plus Culinary experience or background in food preparation highly desirable Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently during busy shifts Demonstrated ability in sales techniques including upselling and guest relations strategies Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Exceptional customer service skills with an emphasis on guest satisfaction and relationship building Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and inventory management Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a lively nightclub or restaurant environment Join us if you're passionate about creating memorable dining experiences while leading a motivated team.
