Salary:

Why This Role Stands Out Lead a large-scale, high-impact operation across multiple outlets Opportunity to shape and grow catering and event programs Strong, collaborative leadership culture Competitive salary and advancement opportunities What You'll Do Lead all food and beverage operations including restaurants, bars, catering, and range services Drive revenue growth through innovative menus, promotions, and programming Oversee budgets, labor, and cost controls to maximize profitability Build and lead a high-performing team of 80+ employees Partner with sales and marketing to increase business and guest engagement Ensure exceptional guest experiences and resolve issues proactively Improve systems, workflows, and operational efficiency across locations What You Bring 7-10 years of leadership experience in high-volume food & beverage or catering operations Proven ability to lead large teams and manage multi-outlet environments Strong expertise in restaurant, bar, and catering operations (FOH & BOH) Financial strength in budgeting, labor management, and cost control Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Excellent leadership, communication, and team development abilities Knowledge of food safety regulations and operational best practices Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Equal Opportunity Employer Morton Golf is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
