Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a specific business area (Marketing, HR, Training, Kitchen, Hospitality) to drive operational results. Develop, mentor, and coach Team Leaders and Assistant Directors for effective leadership. Ensure food safety, quality, and sanitation standards are consistently maintained. Monitor guest experience and operational performance to ensure exceptional hospitality. Collaborate with other Directors to achieve sales, labor, and service goals. Oversee training programs and onboarding processes for Team Leaders and key staff. Identify operational efficiencies and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Demonstrate Chick-fil-A's core values in all interactions. Support Team Leaders and Team Members during peak operations as needed. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Significant leadership experience in restaurants, retail, or customer service; prior Director-level experience preferred. Strong strategic, operational, and organizational skills. Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 60 lbs.
