Warehouse Shift Supervisor

Our Sacramento location is now hiring for a Warehouse Shift Supervisor.

INTERNAL CANDIDATES MUST BE IN GOOD STANDING WHEN APPLYING FOR THIS ROLE.

The Warehouse Manager must have the ability to perform shipping and receiving functions including, unloading trucks, pulling product, packing, delivery, stocking, and providing daily maintenance/recovery for the different concepts within the platform. Must have the ability to communicate and partner with the General Manager, vendors, and airport staff to ensure proper compliance to rules and regulations for deliveries and movement of merchandise throughout the platform. Provide best in class customer service through efficient inventory control processes and distribution. Proper utilization and respect for company issued tools and resources, with applications based on security practices of work environment. Create and maintain good working relationships with fellow Associates. Maintain warehouse appearance with respect to creating a safe working environment in compliance with Health & Safety regulations, housekeeping, and maintenance standards. Efficiently and accurately conduct receiving, cycle counts, product returns, transfer transactions, etc. on our handheld or Company equipment. Efficiently and accurately complete any required process controls (paperwork, etc.). Ensure consistent application of stock security as per defined processes. Be able to resolve inventory control issues and escalate as required. Identify and report to Management discrepancies according to defined process. Accountable for compliance with all local, state, federal laws and regulations including those relating to food safety. Follows correct First In, First Out process. Maintain good time management. Provide best in class customer service through efficient inventory control processes and distribution. Support the warehouse operations both on and off the airport site. Ability to process freight, complete receiving functions, unload trucks, pull, pack, deliver stock orders to the stores. This position pays $21/hr.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Be in possession of a clean driving record. Candidates must successfully complete a medical physical assessment to ensure they meet the physical requirements of the role. Display a consistent sense of urgency. Able to prioritize and handle several projects at once. Ability to pass the Federal Criminal History Record Check and Paradies Lagardere Background Check.
