We are seeking an energetic, dependable, and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to help lead daily operations, oversee catering services, and support our team. Position Summary The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and leading both front-of-house and kitchen staff. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering outstanding hospitality. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction Lead, motivate, train, and support kitchen and front-of-house team members Manage daily shift operations, staffing, and resource allocation Oversee catering orders, including preparation, budgeting, customized menus, logistics, and delivery timelines Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and customer service Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds Handle cash register operations, deposits, and closing procedures Maintain compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and health department requirements Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and assist with cost control initiatives Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly Collaborate with management to improve operational efficiency and guest experiences Assist with menu planning and operational improvements Qualifications & Requirements Previous restaurant, food service, or hospitality experience required Supervisory or management experience preferred Experience with catering, banquet services, or large food orders is a plus Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and restaurant operations Reliable, organized, and able to multitask effectively Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail Food Manager Certification required Alcohol Serving Certification required Valid driver's license required Weekend availability High school diploma or GED preferred Bilingual in Spanish required What We Offer Competitive pay: $22-$25 per hour Supportive team environment Hands-on leadership experience Fast-paced and engaging workplace Apply Today We're looking for a positive, motivated leader who is passionate about great food, excellent service, and team success.
