Diddams Party & Toy Store SC, located in San Carlos, CA, is seeking a dedicated Shift Lead to help us deliver exceptional service and create memorable experiences for our customers. If you're customer service-oriented, love working in a lively atmosphere, and have leadership experience, we'd love to hear from you! What You'll Do as a Shift Lead As a Shift Lead, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth store operations while creating a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Leading and supporting the team during your shift to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Assisting with daily store operations, including opening and closing duties.
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues with a friendly and professional approach.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment.
