This role will oversee stewarding, warehousing, and purchasing operations for the venue. About the job Join a role where you'll play a vital part in the Culinary Leadership Team, overseeing the nonfood production areas that keep a high performing kitchen operating at its best. You'll manage the dish room, storage spaces, and utility areas while upholding exceptional standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and equipment care. You'll also take ownership of the inventory, organization, and distribution of essential banqueting items—including china, silver, glassware, and linen—ensuring the Culinary and Banquet teams are always fully supported. As the leader of the Stewarding Department, you'll guide a diverse team, maintain efficient workflow throughout the kitchen, and contribute directly to outstanding food preparation and service. In this role, you'll be a key partner in the overall food and beverage operation and an essential member of the Culinary Leadership Team. The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.
Pay Range:
