This position operates night shift.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Training workforce in safe work practices Responsible for delivering equipment clean for production Schedule sanitation employees according to daily production schedule Inspect that employees do their job according to SSOPs Inspect equipment, floors, outside premises, walls. Utensils and tools to ensure good conditions Conduct inspections of work, before and after cleaning Make sure all employees are following GMPs and safety PPE Conduct pre-ops and correct any deviations Execute tasks as directed by the Sanitation supervisor Work night shift and some weekends
Required Education and Experience:
5 years sanitation working experience General knowledge of equipment experience HACCP, GMP, and general safety, HAZMAT Bilingual English/Spanish Good training and communication skills High School or equivalent experience
Capabilities :
Self-starter and takes initiative. Dependable, flexible and takes ownership Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks Must be detail oriented
