This role serves as the strategic leader for beverage innovation, financial performance, training, vendor partnerships, and operational execution across both Full Service and Fast Casual brands. The ideal candidate is a hands-on hospitality leader with a deep passion for cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages, combined with strong business acumen and a proven track record of leading multi-unit beverage operations. This individual will partner closely with Operations, Marketing, and Restaurant Leadership teams to create memorable guest experiences while driving profitability, consistency, and growth across the organization. This position requires regular travel between restaurant locations and active involvement in new restaurant openings, menu development, training initiatives, and company-wide beverage strategy. Position Accountabilities Beverage Director is directly accountable for achieving results in these core areas: Guest Experience

- Develop beverage knowledge, leadership capability, and training programs across all concepts. Operations Excellence
- Ensure consistent execution of beverage standards, recipes, inventory controls, and service expectations. Financial Performance
- Drive beverage sales, profitability, cost control, and menu optimization. Growth & Innovation
- Lead beverage strategy for new restaurant openings, menu development, industry partnerships, and emerging trends.
Key Responsibilities (in addition to Position Accountabilities) Lead beverage strategy across all BOH concepts. Develop and execute annual beverage initiatives and goals. Create and manage cocktail, wine, beer, and NA beverage programs. Monitor beverage financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Analyze sales trends, guest feedback, and industry developments. Conduct regular restaurant visits to evaluate execution and provide coaching. Develop training materials and lead beverage education programs. Collaborate with Marketing on beverage promotions, events, and activations. Manage beverage vendor relationships and negotiate purchasing agreements. Support pre-opening planning and beverage program development for new locations. sure consistency in recipes, service standards, and guest experience across all restaurants. Lead company-wide inventory and beverage cost initiatives. Stay current on industry trends, emerging products, and evolving guest preferences. Experience 3+ years of progressive beverage leadership experience in a multi-unit hospitality environment. Previous experience as a Beverage Director, Bar Director, or similar leadership role. Experience overseeing beverage programs across multiple restaurant concepts and locations, minimum 5 locations. Strong background in high-volume restaurant operations. Experience opening new restaurants and launching beverage programs. Demonstrated success improving beverage sales, profitability, and operational execution.
