Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Banquet Lead, where you will play a vital role in orchestrating seamless and memorable banquet experiences. As a key leader in our hospitality environment, you will oversee the setup, service, and coordination of banquet events, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help create an inviting atmosphere that delights guests and supports our culinary and service teams. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality expertise, leadership skills, and passion for food and guest relations. Duties Lead and supervise banquet service staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences from setup to cleanup Coordinate with culinary teams to ensure timely food preparation, presentation, and adherence to food safety standards Oversee event setup, including table arrangements, decor, and equipment placement to meet event specifications Ensure proper food handling, serving techniques, and bussing procedures are followed for all banquet functions Manage guest relations by addressing special requests, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a welcoming environment Conduct pre-event briefings with staff to review event details, safety protocols, and service expectations Monitor cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout banquet operations Qualifications Proven experience in the food industry with a strong background in banquet service or catering environments Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation and presentation techniques preferred Excellent guest services skills with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction Prior banquet experience combined with restaurant or hotel experience is highly desirable Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and coordinate team members effectively Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills to interact with guests, team members, and management confidently Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality experiences! $22.00 - $33.00 per hour
