Guest Experience Coordinator - Culinary Shift Lead

Responsibilities Training team members on Cat & Cloud standards Daily team building Coordinating individual team members to ensure a collaborative team performance Alignment on what it means to deliver on our Mission and Values, and work towards realizing the Vision through our team every day Training and upholding the quality of our products: recipes, flavor, presentation, consistency Hospitality Team engagement Delegating daily tasks and roles to the team or individual team members to achieve set Scrum goals Delivering feedback to Operations Manager to ensure stocking of all necessary products Delivering feedback around individual team member performance to Experience Manager to uphold Cat & Cloud's experience standards

Staging and Operations Team Leader, Guest Experience Team Leader Pay Range :

$18.40 - $21.50/hour plus tips (an average additional $6.00/hour)

Hours :
