In this role, you will oversee daily restaurant activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient food preparation, and smooth team management. Your leadership will drive a positive dining experience for guests while maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence. Duties Supervise daily food service operations, including overseeing food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure quality standards are met. Manage staff schedules, assign tasks, and coordinate shift coverage to optimize productivity and customer satisfaction. Train and develop team members on food safety protocols, POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, customer service techniques, and operational procedures. Oversee inventory control processes, including stock ordering, storage management, and waste reduction strategies. Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems and perform cash handling duties with integrity. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety standards. Support restaurant management in budgeting efforts, cost control measures, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for guests. Skills Extensive experience in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food production within casual dining or quick service environments. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking. Strong background in inventory control, food safety practices, and kitchen management. Proven supervising experience with staff training & development in hospitality or restaurant settings. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally. Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, motivate staff, and foster a positive work environment. Ability to manage shift operations efficiently while adhering to budgetary guidelines.
