Position Summary:
Oversee the complete administration of all food service operations at Mission Springs Camps & Conference Center by providing quality dining experiences and customer care while fulfilling the ministry purpose of Mission Springs.

$70,000 - $90,000 Reports to:
Associate Director of Mission Springs Qualifications:
- LiveScan background check and Driver's License required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- BS degree in related field or high, and/or minimum 5 years of food service leadership experience with large volume operations and culinary expertise

General Responsibilities:
- Leadership of all food service personnel including hiring, training, and management
- Equipment and facility care of two industrial kitchens and dining rooms
- Compliance with all regulatory requirements and certifications
- Sustainably menu plan, order, and operate within annual budget
- Meet the needs of all guests with meals of quality, variety, and professional presentation
- Continually seeking to grow and improve all aspects of food service

40 hours per week. Weekly schedule as needed. On call as needed.

Pay:
$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
