This role is perfect for a passionate hospitality professional who thrives in fast-paced settings, manages diverse teams, and delivers exceptional customer experiences. As a Team Lead, you will coordinate event setups, supervise staff, maintain food quality standards, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Your leadership will be instrumental in creating memorable events that delight guests and uphold our reputation for excellence in the food industry. Duties Lead and motivate a team of catering staff and event personnel to deliver outstanding service during pop-up events and catering functions Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure high-quality standards are met consistently Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste using systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS Supervise shift operations, including cash handling, POS transactions, and ensuring accurate billing and payments Train staff on food safety protocols, customer service excellence, and operational procedures to foster a skilled and professional team Coordinate with clients to understand event requirements, customize menus, and ensure timely setup and breakdown of events Enforce health and safety regulations across all activities, maintaining compliance with food handling standards and sanitation practices Experience Proven management experience within the food service industry, particularly in catering or pop-up event settings Extensive background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for sales processing and inventory tracking Demonstrated supervising experience with a focus on team training & development and shift management Experience working in fast-paced environments like quick service restaurants, casual dining, or fine dining establishments Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and food handling regulations Prior hospitality management experience including budgeting, food production oversight, and customer service excellence Join us to lead vibrant catering teams that bring culinary creativity to life at every event!
