Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and passionate High End Bistro Manager to lead our upscale dining establishment with energy and excellence. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience while managing a talented team of culinary and service professionals. Your leadership will drive the restaurant's success through strategic management, impeccable food quality, and outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong background in food service management within fine dining or casual luxury environments. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape a premier dining experience that delights guests and fosters a motivated team. Duties Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and food quality assurance Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency with high standards of quality and presentation Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining optimal stock levels using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Supervise staff training, development, and performance evaluations to cultivate a skilled and motivated team Handle cash management duties including cash handling procedures, shift reports, and reconciliation Ensure compliance with food safety standards and food handling regulations to uphold health codes and safety protocols Coordinate shift management, ensuring smooth service flow during busy periods in a fast-paced environment such as quick service or fine dining settings Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant management with a focus on high-end or casual fine dining environments Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management Demonstrated supervisory experience with skills in staff training, interviewing, and team development Proficiency in POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and hospitality management best practices Experience managing budgets, inventory control, and food production within a restaurant or hospitality setting Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff, oversee shift operations, and foster a positive work environment Join us as our High End Bistro Manager to create memorable dining experiences through energetic leadership and culinary excellence.
