Duties Lead daily food truck operations, ensuring smooth service during all shifts with a focus on efficiency and quality. Supervise and motivate team members, including cooks, cashiers, and support staff, fostering a positive work environment. Oversee food preparation, ensuring all dishes meet safety standards and are served fresh and appealing. Manage POS systems for accurate order processing, sales tracking, and cash handling. Implement upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining excellent customer service. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by supervising food handling, bussing, and sanitation procedures in compliance with health regulations. Monitor inventory levels, assist with restocking supplies, and coordinate with vendors as needed. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Ensure adherence to food safety protocols including proper food handling, sanitation practices, and safe serving procedures. Qualifications Proven experience in food preparation within quick service or fast-food restaurant environments. ability to drive a food truck Familiarity with POS systems Strong culinary background with knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices. Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume periods effectively. Previous restaurant or retail experience preferred; experience in a mobile or café setting is a plus. Ability to lead a team confidently while maintaining high standards of customer service. Knowledge of food industry regulations related to safety, cleanliness, and serving practices.
