Floor Manager

Rosetta Hall is seeking a Floor Manager! We have grown to become one of the busiest restaurants in downtown Boulder, with a large indoor dining room and popular rooftop patio. Floor managers are ultimately responsible for the overall satisfaction of our guests and need to manage accordingly to ensure that "every guest, every time" has experience above and beyond expectation. Responsibilities Resolving Guest Issues Managing the floor staff

• hiring, training, scheduling, and service Opening & Closing the restaurant Ensuring that the dining room and rooftop are set up correctly at all times Resolving Employee Issues Addressing equipment issues Making backend adjustments to the Point of Sale system and assisting all staff with Point of Sale system problems Communicating with senior management regarding service needs Managing cash drawers & cash in the safe Educating staff on food & beverage options at Rosetta Correcting Staff on critical issues Quality Control•Music Levels, General Cleanliness, Bathroom Checks, Glasses Filing Incident Reports Culinary Relations•Knowing & communicating well with all food department staff Qualifications Able to multitask effectively and work in a fast paced environment Must have open and flexible availability to work weekends and some evenings Minimum 3 years of hospitality management experience
