Job Description

Cinq a Sept is a new French Bistro opening in North Boulder in 3 weeks. We are searching for a FOH Lead to help the GM manage the day to day operations. Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Restaurant Front of House Supervisor to lead our service team and ensure an exceptional dining experience for every guest. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, and uphold the highest standards of customer service and food safety. Your leadership will inspire teamwork, streamline service processes, and foster a welcoming environment that keeps guests coming back. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your management skills within a dynamic, fast-paced hospitality setting. Responsibilities Supervise front of house staff, including servers, hosts, bartenders, and support team members, ensuring smooth shift operations Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally Oversee food and beverage service, ensuring quality standards are met and orders are accurately fulfilled using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Manage shift schedules, coordinate staff breaks, and handle shift changes efficiently to optimize restaurant flow Conduct staff training sessions on food handling, customer service techniques, POS operation, and food safety protocols Monitor inventory levels of supplies and beverages; assist with inventory control to minimize waste and control costs Enforce health and safety regulations, including food safety standards and proper food handling procedures in compliance with hospitality management guidelines Requirements Proven supervising experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment with strong leadership skills Extensive knowledge of food preparation, kitchen management, and food production processes Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling experience required Background in fine dining or casual dining settings; banquet or catering experience is a plus Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and develop team members effectively Strong organizational skills for managing shift operations, inventory control, and budget adherence Knowledge of food safety standards and hospitality management best practices Previous experience in restaurant management or assistant manager roles preferred; hospitality or hotel experience is advantageous Join us to lead a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences!
