  • We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Kitchen Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
  • Duties
  • Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of the kitchen supervisor
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
  • Follow food safety standards and procedures
  • Support inventory control by monitoring stock levels and replenishing supplies as needed, including ordering
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations, including being designated BOH Trainer
  • Experience
  • Previous experience in a quick-service casual dining restaurant is preferred
  • Knowledge of food production and service management
  • Familiarity with casual dining or hospitality management practices
  • Experience in inventory control is a must
  • Experience with a from-scratch kitchen is a plus
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and take direction effectively
  • Ability to collaborate with the GM to make financial goals lucrative
