Whether you are giving customer service taking orders for our customers, in the cook position preparing the delicious food we have to offer from our menu! Duties Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and adherence to quality standards Lead, motivate, and train staff in food preparation, customer service, and safety protocols to foster a high-performance team environment Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation Supervise food handling procedures to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards Coordinate shift schedules, assign tasks, and monitor staff performance to optimize productivity Support kitchen management by overseeing food production, culinary standards, and ensuring timely service during busy periods Join us to lead a passionate team dedicated to delivering outstanding food experiences!
