- : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Network Operations Center (NOC) Shift Lead to oversee and guide a team of network engineers and technicians in a 24/7 NOC environment.
Responsibilities:
- + Supervise and lead the NOC team during assigned shifts, ensuring effective monitoring of network performance, incidents, and alerts.
- Qualifications
- : + TS/SCI with Poly required + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field + 5+ years of experience in network operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role + Strong understanding of network protocols, infrastructure, and security concepts + Experience with network monitoring tools and ticketing systems + Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills + Strong leadership and team management abilities + Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written + Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment + Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays + Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or ITIL are preferred This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately.

- : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
