Anderson Farms is looking for a Seasonal Food Truck Team Lead for our Fall Festival! If you enjoy working in food service and leading a team in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to have you join us! The Food Truck Team Lead is a hands-on leader who works alongside team members while ensuring the food truck operates safely, efficiently, and delivers exceptional food and customer service. This position performs a limited amount of cooking and a variety of non-cooking duties while providing leadership, customer service, cashiering, inventory support, and food safety oversight. The Food Truck Team Lead reports directly to the Concessions Manager and assists with delegating daily tasks, training team members, scheduling breaks, and resolving guest concerns.
Schedule:
Position may begin in early September and continue through early November 2026.
Primary schedule:
ThursdaySunday, September 24November 1, with flexible day, evening, and night shifts. Additional weekday shifts are available MondayFriday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, September 823. Duties include but are not limited to: Leading and supporting the food truck team while working alongside employees throughout each shift. Assigning workstations, adjusting position assignments, and coordinating team lunch and break schedules. Opening, stocking, and preparing the food truck for daily operation and completing end-of-day closing procedures. Preparing food and beverages while maintaining quality, consistency, and presentation standards. Ensuring compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations. Managing inventory, monitoring product levels, assisting with deliveries, and labeling, dating, rotating, and storing food products properly. Operating the point-of-sale system and assisting with cashiering and customer transactions as needed. Making customer service decisions and resolving guest concerns in accordance with farm policies. Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, including equipment and food preparation areas. Assisting with training new team members on food preparation, customer service, food safety, and food truck procedures. Successful candidates are dependable, organized, and able to lead by example.
