Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front of House (FOH) Supervisor to lead our restaurant's customer service team and ensure an exceptional dining experience for every guest. In this vital role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, uphold food safety standards, and foster a welcoming environment. Your leadership will drive team performance, maintain high service standards, and support the overall success of our restaurant. This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality management and dedicated to creating memorable guest experiences. Duties Supervise front-of-house staff ensuring smooth shift operations. Train new team members on food handling, customer service protocols, Toast POS system, and restaurant policies. Monitor and maintain quality standards in food presentation and service delivery, supporting food preparation and kitchen coordination when necessary. Oversee cash handling procedures, POS transactions, and daily financial reconciliations to ensure accuracy. Manage inventory control by tracking supplies, notifying GM assistant for ordering supplies as needed, and minimizing waste in line with food management best practices. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards to promote a safe dining environment. Handle guest inquiries or complaints promptly to guarantee satisfaction and foster positive relationships. Requirements Proven supervising experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment with a focus on hospitality management. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety practices, and kitchen operations. Experience with POS systems such as Toast POS; cash handling expertise is essential. Demonstrated leadership skills in team management and training & development Familiarity with inventory control, budgeting, and food industry standards including catering or banquet experience is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations gracefully. Previous experience in casual dining or fine dining settings is highly desirable; hotel or hospitality background is advantageous. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude and motivating team members. Pay:
