Director Salary:
$121,000 - $170,000 per year Job Details - We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Director of Food & Beverage to join our team. This unique opportunity requires a professional with a proven track record in managing food and beverage operations within a luxury brand environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage offerings, ensuring exceptional quality and service that aligns with our brand's high standards. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously, drive innovation, and lead a diverse team to achieve outstanding results.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage department, ensuring all service standards are met and exceeded. Develop and implement innovative strategies to improve the quality and variety of our food and beverage offerings. Collaborate with our culinary team to create exciting new menus that reflect our brand's luxury status and appeal to our discerning clientele. Monitor and manage the food and beverage budget, ensuring optimal financial performance without compromising quality or service. Ensure strict compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations. Train, mentor, and motivate our food and beverage team to deliver exceptional customer service. Collaborate with other department heads to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for our guests. Regularly review customer feedback and implement necessary improvements. Stay abreast of current food and beverage trends and incorporate them into our offerings where appropriate.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in food and beverage management within a luxury brand environment. Excellent leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and manage a team. Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for hospitality. Knowledge of the latest food and beverage trends. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and make sound decisions quickly. High standards of personal presentation and professionalism.
