Avon Health Center, family owned since 1974, provides a range of services, including skilled nursing care, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice and respite care. We are a 120 bed facility with a 30 bed post-acute/rehab unit. • 50/hour DOE Plus $5 Shift Differential ($10 shift diff if also taking a unit): $6.25
