Job Description

Job Summary Tumble Brook Country Club, located in Bloomfield, CT, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Restaurant Supervisor! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Key Responsibilities of the
Restaurant Supervisor:
Ensures guests are attended to in a prompt, efficient, and personalized manner. Ensures that the restaurant and restaurant facilities are kept clean, well-stocked and organized. Checks the maintenance of all equipment in the restaurant and notifies Management of needed maintenance and repair. Assures all side work is completed, including all cleaning of equipment and storage areas. Assists with conducting pre-shift meetings to review specials, menu changes and house counts.
Performs daily activities to include:
seating guests, serving tables, bussing tables, general clerical/cashier duties, etc. Incorporates safe work practices in job performance. Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to maintain a positive dining environment. Performs inventory weekly for proper ordering and monthly for accounting Manage shift schedules, coordinate staffing needs, and monitor performance to optimize productivity
Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Experience:
Restaurant management: 2 years (Preferred)
