The Impact You'll Make As a Dunkin' Store Manager, you're not just running a store — you're leading a team that fuels mornings, powers commutes, and brightens days. Your leadership will directly shape the culture in your store, inspire your crew, and ensure every guest leaves happier than when they arrived. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and inspire a team of crew members and shift leaders to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling, ensuring compliance with Dunkin' standards. Drive sales growth by monitoring performance metrics, identifying opportunities, and implementing local marketing initiatives. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both guests and team members. Recruit, train, and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability and recognition. Ensure adherence to food safety, sanitation, and brand quality standards. What You'll Bring 2+ years of leadership experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality management. Strong people skills — you know how to motivate, mentor, and build a high-performing team. Proven ability to manage operations, control costs, and achieve sales targets. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure. A passion for delivering outstanding guest service and upholding brand standards.
