The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and exceptional team management skills. As a Shift Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations, providing excellent customer service, and leading your team to success during your shift. Duties Supervise daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies. Oversee kitchen activities, including catering events and casual dining services. Train and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the FOH shifts. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is required. Proven team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
